Eligibility for Return

To maintain our standards of excellence, returned items must be:

• In their original, pristine condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

• Accompanied by all original Shandaar Homes tags and premium packaging.

• Verified with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note: Items returned to our atelier without prior authorization will not be accepted.
